Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. \nThe intern will be responsible in the following:\n1) Conduct market research and analysis\n2) Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, models, investment memoranda and presentations\n3) Support the due diligence process\n4) Monitor the performance of existing investments \n5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n1) Gain strong understanding of data centre investment life cycle\n2) Understand drivers for investment decisions by assisting with research and running feasibility analyses for deals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) Strong analytical and quantitative skills\n2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n3) Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Excel, PowerPoint and Word\n4) Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and fundamental research, will be highly desirable\n5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n6) Interest in the data centre industry and technology trends
