JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. \nThe intern will be responsible in the following:\n1) Assist in real estate market research. \n2) Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis. \n3) Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n1) Acquire knowledge of real estate markets. \n2) Understand key factors in evaluating real estate investments. \n3) Develop analytical skills and financial modeling skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.\n2) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English\n3) A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work\n4) Basic understanding of financial modeling and proficient in MS Excel, Word and Poweroint
