Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. \nThe intern will be responsible in the following:\n1) Assist in real estate market research. \n2) Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis. \n3) Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.\n\nLearning Outcomes\n1) Acquire knowledge of real estate markets. \n2) Understand key factors in evaluating real estate investments. \n3) Develop analytical skills and financial modeling skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements:\n1) A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.\n2) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English\n3) A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work\n4) Basic understanding of financial modeling and proficient in MS Excel, Word and Poweroint
