Senior Scientist – Bioanalysis (ICH M10)
East Bay

A growing CRO is seeking a Senior Scientist to lead LC-MS/MS programs and support client-driven studies. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with responsibility across method development, validation, and regulatory support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead LC-MS/MS bioanalytical programs (small molecule focus) ensuring compliance with ICH M10 guidelines
• Oversee method development, validation, and sample analysis in GLP environments
• Interpret PK/data and support regulatory submissions (IND/NDA/BLA)
• Act as SME for clients and support BD activities

Candidate Qualifications

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry (or related field) – essential
• Strong LC-MS/MS experience
• Proven experience working to ICH M10 guidelines
• Site based with minimal travel

Salary:

• $130-150K base + quarterly bonus
