Description

• Assist with all aspects of sponsorship fulfillment, delivery, and activation.
• Provide support and assistance to all hospitality venue sponsors
• Manage PGA TOUR Player sponsor related appearances during tournament week
• Tournament ticketing system support
• Coordinate collection of all sponsor logos
• Coordinate Opening Ceremony activities
• Collect and manage Pro-Am forecaddie registration information
• Assist with Monday and Wednesday Pro-Am’s
• Fulfill additional player and caddie tournament credential and ticket requests
• Support of special events including Family Day, Fan Expo, Junior Clinic, and Patriots Outpost.
• Assist with general administrative work and additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Proactively bring new ideas to tournament staff and SPORTFIVE leadership.

Requirements

• Sports Marketing/Management, Marketing, Management, Communications, or comparable liberal arts majors preferred.
• Experience in sports marketing, events, client hospitality and tournament services preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Public relations skills and ability to communicate with staff, volunteers, corporate clients, club members, and general public.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; advanced preferred.
• Must take initiative, operate proactively, and think independently in project management and problem solving.
• Need capacity to work on several projects simultaneously and demonstrate self-discipline with schedule and time management.
• Organization, attention to detail and follow-through are crucial.
• Some manual labor will be required (lifting boxes, gift assembly, etc.)
• Must be able to work nights and weekends and must be available July 3-17.
• Must be able to work 10+ hours per day during tournament week, advance week and when required.
• Must have a current Driver’s License.
