We’re seeking a Medical Technologist to join our collaborative laboratory team and help advance our legacy of care, innovation, and education.
Position Highlights
Perform high- and moderate-complexity testing following laboratory policies and CLIA ’88 standards.
Manage pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct quality control, troubleshoot equipment, and evaluate test results to ensure exceptional patient care.
Maintain documentation, demonstrate competency, and participate in ongoing professional
development.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s in chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology (required), or
Bachelor’s in another field plus Associate’s in clinical laboratory science and ASCP (or equivalent) certification.
Experience: Entry-level; less than one year required.
Skills: Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities; knowledge of standard laboratory procedures and safety practices.
