Sarmüz Investments Limited is a Lahore-based investment advisory NBFC. As we expand our research and portfolio management capabilities, we are looking for the following roles:

Current Openings:

1.      Portfolio Manager (3 – 5 Years Experience)
You will manage multiple portfolios across varying risk profiles, lead and mentor analysts, refine investment processes, and contribute independent judgment to capital allocation decisions.
Requirements include proven experience in equity market investing, sound portfolio construction skills, and the ability to take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations.

2.      Investment Analyst (0 – 2 Years Experience)
This role is for candidates who take fundamental research seriously. You should be comfortable dissecting annual reports, fund disclosures, and financial statements, and translating them into clear investment views.

3.     Internship Program
This is a merit-based, rigorous program; interns are evaluated continuously, and strong performers are offered full-time roles. If you are looking for a mere participation certificate, this is not for you.

Requirements

What We Expect:

        Numerical fluency
You must be able to work with data rigorously and explain what matters and what does not.

        CFA progression
CFA Level I, II, or active enrolment is strongly preferred.

Advanced Excel skills
Speed, structure, and accuracy are baseline assumptions. Heavy reliance on manual workflows will be a disadvantage.
