Description
Senior Scientist – Bioanalysis (ICH M10)
East Bay
A growing CRO is seeking a Senior Scientist to lead LC-MS/MS programs and support client-driven studies. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with responsibility across method development, validation, and regulatory support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead LC-MS/MS bioanalytical programs (small molecule focus) ensuring compliance with ICH M10 guidelines
- Oversee method development, validation, and sample analysis in GLP environments
- Interpret PK/data and support regulatory submissions (IND/NDA/BLA)
- Act as SME for clients and support BD activities
Candidate Qualifications
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry (or related field) – essential
- Strong LC-MS/MS experience
- Proven experience working to ICH M10 guidelines
- Site based with minimal travel
Salary:
- $130-150K base + quarterly bonus
