Open positions: 3 internships — 2 in Mumbai and 1 in Ahmedabad.

What You’ll Work On
       Conduct industry, company, and market research.

       Support live transactions and client pitches, primarily across debt, sub-debt and mezzanine fundraising, in form of bond deals, securitisation, term loans, working capital facilities, surety bonds, etc.

       Research prospective clients, their businesses, and key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
        Build sector expertise: Study and monitor a selected industry, maintain a structured database, develop a client outreach plan, and help execute it.

        Support live assignments: Contribute to financial analysis, client coordination, and transaction materials.

        Organize insights: Structure, map, and maintain relevant company and market data.

       Track current events, valuations, financial performance, and market intelligence.

       Understand the industry value chain, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and broader ecosystem.

       Deep-dive into relevant industry subsegments.

       Deepen existing databases of relevant companies and key management personnel.

       Generate leads among identified market participants.

       Prepare marketing collaterals and support outreach through digital and social channels.

       Build financial and valuation models and analyse company performance.

       Coordinate with clients to collect required data.

       Support colleagues on client-coverage initiatives.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
        Strong knowledge of accounting, financial-statement analysis, ratio analysis and financial modelling.

        Fast learner with strong analytical skills.

        Professional, confident, written and verbal communication.

        Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

        Bachelor’s degree or higher with minimum of CFA Level 1 being cleared.

        Prior experience is preferred.

       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
