Scientific Marketing Manager (f/m/x) for Diagnostic Products

Your responsibilities
As Scientific Marketing Manager (f/m/x) for Diagnostic Products with a focus on Clinical Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and PCR, you will act as a key scientific partner driving evidence-based marketing strategies and enabling successful market adoption across EMEA. You will translate complex clinical and scientific insights into impactful communication, while ensuring strong alignment between scientific credibility and commercial objectives.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Driving scientific marketing initiatives by aligning clinical insights with business objectives and supporting market entry and adoption across EMEA
- Leading and executing clinical studies, including planning, protocol development, monitoring and data analysis for flow cytometry, IHC and PCR
- Translating complex scientific and clinical data into clear, compelling and compliant messaging and campaigns for diverse target audiences
- Generating and leveraging scientific evidence (e.g., studies, publications, congress contributions) to strengthen product positioning and value proposition
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs to capture voice of customer and support evidence-based decision-making
- Designing and executing scientific engagement activities such as advisory boards, symposia, webinars and congress participation
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to communicate clinical need and enable adoption in clinical routine
- Developing and delivering high-quality scientific content and training for internal teams, affiliates, distributors and customers
- Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape and scientific developments to inform strategic decisions

Your profile
You are a strong match if you combine deep scientific expertise with a strategic marketing mindset and the ability to translate clinical evidence into impactful market adoption strategies.
Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- PhD, MD or Master's degree in medicine, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry or a related life science field
- 5+ years of experience in scientific marketing, product management or application support within diagnostics or the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong expertise in flow cytometry; knowledge in IHC and/or PCR is a plus
- Experience in generating and applying clinical evidence to support product positioning, market access and adoption in clinical routine
- Proven ability to engage with KOLs and stakeholders, capturing insights and driving product acceptance
- Experience in neurological disease areas, ideally Alzheimer's disease or related neurodegenerative conditions is a plus
- Strong scientific communication skills combined with business acumen and a structured, proactive and collaborative working style
- Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel internationally (~20%) to support customers and scientific activities
